ONLINE ORDERS (PLEASE READ)
1. Payments are not processed on website. A Eurobeauty Representative will be in contact with you shortly to confirm your method of payment.
2. Shipping costs will be given once the order has been confirmed and weighed at the office and added to the total. All shipping costs are subject to tax.
3. Please ensure that your phone number and shipping address is a physical address and not a post office box.
4. Discounts, promotions and gift with purchases are added to your order during invoicing at the office.
5. If there are specifics about your order, or if you have any questions, please add any additional information to the "Notes" section.
6. By clicking "Confirm Order," the order placed and is in cue. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
7. Should you need to add or remove any items, please let the EuroBeauty Representative know at the time of your payment confirmation.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
EuroBeauty will only sell to persons within the professional esthetics/beauty industry. We may request proof of education or proof of business when setting up an account, both in-store and online. We reserve the right to see photo identification when purchasing to verify name on the account.
All prices are subjected to change without notice.
Orders will only be held for 48hrs pending payment. Items will be restocked and may no longer be immediately available.
Any quotation provided by EuroBeauty will be valid for 30 days from issue date.
If customer has requested and been approved for consumer financing, such financing will be provided through a third-party financing service provider and Customer will be subject to the terms and conditions of such financing service provider.
EuroBeauty reserves the right to alter, amend or edit the policy at any time, without notice.
Accepted Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment of this type will be applied at time of invoicing.
A returned check or NSF will incur a $50.00 service charge to the account
Interest on accounts over 30 days will be charged at a rate of 3% per month.
Orders will be withheld if an account is not paid and up-to-date. Accounts will be put on hold until account is cleared.
Special orders of items require a 25% down payment to order. Deposit is applied to purchase. If cancelled the deposit is lost.
Shipping charges are determined by weight. Couriers used will be the best economical value determined at time of shipment.
EuroBeauty will only ship to Canadian locations.
Furniture & Equipment is subject to additional shipping charges; we will contact you to quote a cost.

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
Any approved items will be issued an in-store credit to account, valid for 1 year from issue date.
Errors or omissions must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
No returns accepted after 7 days. Damaged products can be returned for credit or exchange must be approved by Customer Service
No return will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds of product that has been opened and used. This deems the product unsellable and therefore final sale. No exceptions.
All SKIN CARE products are final sale.
No returns accepted on precision instruments such as tweezers, nippers, scissors unless faulty by manufacturer.
A credit will be provided on account for full amount if the product is returned within 14 days.
All discontinued items are FINAL SALE. NO exceptions.
No returns or exchanges on furniture and equipment.
